Hello

Welcome! My name is Donna Lee and I’m so glad you’re here.

If you’ve found your way to this little corner of the web, my guess is your heart might be carrying a bit more than you let on. â€‹This space is for people like us ... those who’ve wandered a bit, wondered a lot, and are slowly finding their way back to what matters.

I write from real life: the missteps, the small miracles, and the gentle nudge of grace that keeps pulling us home. â€‹You’ll find reflections, simple truths, and words meant to help you breathe a little easier.

I believe in kindness, in faith, and in the God who meets us right where we actually are ... not where we think we “should” be.

So take your time, look around, and see what speaks to you.

You’re welcome here ... just as you are.

A Little About Me

I am a writer, a seeker, and a companion for weary hearts ... someone who has lived enough life to know what it feels like to wander, and what it means to find the way home again.

My work is born out of my own journeys: the misgivings, the wonder, the slow awakenings, and the tender ways grace has met me in the midst of it all.

I write for those who feel bruised by life, uncertain of their footing, who deeply crave the wholeness and meaning found only in spiritual things.

My words explore the beautiful paradox of faith ... that Jesus calls us to rise into who we were created to be, even as He meets us with unfailing gentleness when we’ve missed the mark.

I believe that loving-kindness is not sentiment, but strength ... an ancient power that can soften a hardened world and turn a soul back toward hope.

Much of my writing comes from lived experience: teaching across cultures, walking alongside people in difficult seasons, and rediscovering God’s quiet voice while navigating my own storms. I try to write with honesty, humility, and a deep respect for the human heart ... its frailties, its courage, and its longing for meaning. My prayer is that my deep reverence for God and His truth will always shine through.

I am still a learner, still returning, still being shaped, and I invite others to walk that journey with me.

Through poetry, reflection, and spiritual writing, I offer a place of rest ... where mercy is never distant. My hope is that something here helps you breathe again, remember again, or believe again. If your heart is tired, aching, or simply searching, may you find respite here. When God speaks to you, dear reader, may you truly hear.
